THE WHISPERS OF YOUR SOUL

The soul has a way of whispering gently in your ear when it seeks to get your attention.  You will know as there is a yearning within that simply won't abandon you.  That yearning, that pulls deep inside is the soul's way of saying. "IT'S TIME".   It's time to re-remember and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Everything we seek in life that is worthwhile begins and ends with the journey inwards.  It's where the answers reside and where you can trust that the messages you receive are those from your beautiful, perfect soul.  When we give ourselves permission to gently explore, we embark on a lifelong journey of deep spiritual connection and true nourishment of the spirit.

Many years ago when my own journey began I turned to nature to find peace within.  I walked daily in the woods near my home to try and fix my broken self.  And every day for over a year I poured out my thoughts into  a journal as I sat amongst the trees and listened to the world waking up. Slowly I began to feel my mood shift and my heart mend.

But still, the messages persisted.  "There is more, you are not yet done, this is just the beginning." whispered my soul as I tried desperately not to listen, feeling rather let down.   After all, I had been dedicated for over a year, surely I should be in line for congratulations and a pat on the back.  I honestly thought I had done enough to heal and could now get on with life.  In fact, I had really just woken up.  My awareness had been busy over the year and was now completely open and asking for MORE.  This was the beginning of my journey that I am still on thirty years later.

We are all  work in progress and will never be finished and that is the beauty of being a spiritual being having a human experience.  I invite you to trust yourself and the gentle whispers within. Take your time, there is no rush. Be compassionate and kind to all that resides within, and remember time has no meaning ,so relax, settle back and enjoy the ride. 

 There is no right or wrong way, no rule book to confuse you, simply begin with an awareness of that which is unseen but ever present.   The Journey back is full of light, joy and promise.  The relationship you cultivate with your soul is a relationship to cherish and nurture your whole life and it is here that you will truly be home, safe and secure as no one can ever take your soul , it's yours forever and beyond.

Your journey begins here in this moment. Embrace it, wrap your arms around it and embark on a quest of soul discovery.  This Journey is for life.  Each new day will bring lessons, insight and growth.
