The LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE

Here on Earth, we live by rules and laws that are designed to help us all live in peace and harmony.

The Universe is no different and comes complete with its own set of Spiritual laws by which to live. These are taught to us before we even arrive here to start our journey. As Earth is a  plane of free will we are able to choose whether we follow these laws or disregard them.  It's clear to see that we haven't been following them. We have lost our way and our needs appear to be based on greed, material success, and control over others.  Our emotions seem to revolve around, fear, anger, pain and lack of self-worth.  Change is coming and the Universe is urging us to wake up. It's time, the old paradigm for Life on Earth is over

By immersing yourself in the laws and applying them to your daily life you will not only be raising your consciousness and serving humanity but you will be nurturing your soul and remembering why you are here.

Let's take a look at a few of the  Spiritual Laws of the Universe. Some say there are 7 , and others that the laws are numerous and ever-changing.  I encourage you to research and discover for yourself and to decide which ones are really important to you and work on them. Then watch the magic happen within.

The first three are known as sacred laws and are immutable  They are absolute, have always been in place and always will be.

1. The Law of Oneness  (Immutable)

The building block and the foundation of all the laws.   It states that everything in the universe is interconnected.  Therefore what you and I do, think, say, and believe will affect not only us personally but the world at large. (Remembering that we are all beings of energy.)

2. The Law of Vibration (Immutable )

This law states that everything moves, nothing rests, and everything is energy and is always vibrating.

3. The Law of Correspondence  (Immutable)

"As above, so below".   The universe wants us to be happy, healthy, and abundant.  We are given free will to find our way, even if our way is not always the best path. This law relates to our inner world and our outer selves both of which reflect upon each other.  If your inner world is in turmoil and distress then your outer world will mirror this.  Conversely, if your inner world is serene, joyful, and abundant your outer world will respond positively.

Let's take a quick look at 4 of the remaining laws. All of these laws are transitory meaning they are passing through and can and will be replaced when new laws are required.

4. The Law of Abundance.

By far one of the most popular laws that everyone talks about and desires to use for a happy, healthy, and successful life.

This is a beautifully simple law, if you want more then give more. Love yourself and others more, and give back with joy and humility.  Know that the Universe always has your back and that success is a state of mind and abundance comes when you are in the flow of life.

5. The Law of Attraction.

Also a popular law similar to that of abundance.  Basically, what we put out we get back. Because we are beings of energy, living in a field of energy we are like transmitters and are constantly broadcasting on a particular frequency. We each have and emit a vibrational quality that is made up of our conscious and unconscious energy. We attract into our lives people and situations that have similar vibrations.   If you are negative and grumpy then unfortunately that's what you will attract. The opposite is also true.  If you are happy, positive and vibrant you will attract more of that into your life. Spiritual law is exact.

6. The Law of Polarity.

This law helps us to understand that everything in the Universe is created from opposing forces. For example, we have Male and Female, Love and Hate,

Light and Dark, Empty and Full.  It teaches us that we cannot have Love without its polar opposite, Hate.  We could not experience one if the other did not exist.  Once we can understand this principle then we can begin to focus our energy on that which we want rather than on what we don't want.

7. The Law of Pure Potentiality.

This Law states that we are able to create anything we want to.  Our potential is unlimited as we live in a Field of energy that is pure consciousness and thus is limitless.  There is no separation between The Field and our spiritual essence or true Self.   By understanding how to tap into The  Field we align ourselves with the power that manifests everything in the Universe.

I invite you dear seeker to get to know the laws of the Universe.  To understand them, embrace them and integrate them into your life. Whichever law resonates with you is the one that is asking for your attention.

Give it with Grace and you will receive so much in return. Trust your intuition when working with the laws and just know that the Universe has you, it's got your back.

Reflections & Exercises for the Laws of the Universe

1. The Law of Oneness (Immutable)

“We are all one. What I do to another, I do to myself.”

Reflection:

Think of a recent situation where you felt disconnected or separate from someone. Imagine them as part of the same divine energy as you. How would your actions or thoughts shift if you truly saw them as another version of yourself?

Journal Prompt:

In what areas of my life do I forget that we are all connected?

How can I live more consciously in alignment with Oneness?

Practice:

Do a random act of kindness anonymously.

Spend time in nature and meditate on how every living thing is interconnected.

2. The Law of Vibration (Immutable)

“Everything is energy. I am always vibrating, always attracting.”

Reflection:

Notice your mood right now. What are you vibrating? Are you radiating love, or fear? Gratitude, or anxiety?

Journal Prompt:

What is my dominant emotional frequency during the day?

What shifts can I make to raise my vibration?

Practice:

Try a “vibration tune-up”: Dance, chant, laugh, walk barefoot, or listen to uplifting music.

End the day with a gratitude list to shift into a higher vibration.

3. The Law of Correspondence (Immutable)

“As within, so without.”

Reflection:

Your external world is a mirror. What in your current life reflects your inner beliefs or unresolved emotions?

Journal Prompt:

What patterns or challenges keep repeating in my life?

What inner thoughts or feelings might be creating them?

Practice:

Choose one external situation you’re unhappy with and meditate on what it’s teaching you about your inner state.

Affirm each morning: “My outer world reflects my inner peace.”

4. The Law of Abundance (Transitory)

“The more I give with love, the more I receive.”

Reflection:

Where in your life are you withholding? Could be love, time, forgiveness, or money. Notice where fear of lack holds you back.

Journal Prompt:

Where in my life can I be more generous?

What does abundance mean to me beyond money?

Practice:

Give something today: a compliment, a meal, a favor, or a donation.

Visualize yourself already abundant and give thanks as if it’s already real.

5. The Law of Attraction (Transitory)

“Like attracts like. I attract what I am.”

Reflection:

If your current thoughts were seeds, what kind of garden would you be growing?

Journal Prompt:

What limiting beliefs might be shaping my reality?

What am I ready to release so I can attract more of what I want?

Practice:

Begin a “positive focus” journal. Each night write down 3 good things that happened.

Create a simple vision board or a digital collage to focus your vibration.

6. The Law of Polarity (Transitory)

“Every experience has its opposite, and both serve my growth.”

Reflection:

Think of a painful or difficult experience. Can you find its opposite within it—a gift, a lesson, a redirection?

Journal Prompt:

What ‘negative’ emotions am I resisting?

How have my challenges helped me evolve?

Practice:

The next time something frustrates you, pause and ask: “What’s the polar opposite of this feeling? How can I choose it instead?”

List a problem you have, and beside it, write its hidden blessing.

7. The Law of Pure Potentiality (Transitory)

“I am infinite. I can create anything from within the Field.”

Reflection:

Your true Self is not your job, status, or name—it’s boundless consciousness. Are you living from that place, or from limitation?

Journal Prompt:

Where am I playing small in my life?

If I knew I could not fail, what would I create?

Practice:

Meditate in stillness for 10 minutes daily. Breathe and repeat: “I am pure potential.”

Try out. See what your higher self reveals.

💫 Final Practice: The Weekly Law Focus

Each week, choose one law to focus on.

Reflect on it daily

Journal about how it shows up in your life

Practice small, aligned actions

This simple rhythm builds deep spiritual integration over timea “Soul Vision” free write: Let your hand move across the page without planning what comes

"All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force.....

We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent Mind.

This Mind is the matrix of all Matter."
